So who is Teresa Caddell? In addition to the 3 properties on this list, there are a couple of other ones recently. Might make an interesting story......
Teresa Caddell is is the wife of Ray Caddell of Century 21 and "Big Ray and The Kool Kats" fame.
They hold a bunch of "investment properties" they "snapped up" at the height of the bubble 7-8 years back.
If anyone's taking note recently there is a real uptick in Trustee's sale activity around here and also an uptick in properties formerly gone back to the lenders that are now being sold off to individuals at prices lower than what the banks are out. This is an indication of movement of the "shadow inventory" and represents bad news for would be sellers who've been waiting for the market to "come back".
