Wow, Glenmore home prices have taken a beating. Probably because they were way over inflated to begin with. Lucky for me, I got out just before they went over the cliff.

@Former Glenmore - anyone that would buy a home there in the first place is a few crayons short of the box. Though at least you didn't buy in Lake Monticello...

@ Cville Native: Gimme a break. We came down from NOVA and didn't know any better. Re Glenmore, the community itself was nice BUT some of the residents don't think their poo stinks AND some of the home builders there (one in particular) are totally, absolutely, undeniably incompetent thieving liars. Did I mention I don't like them? They shouldn't be in the business of even building a shed because that requires more ability and skills than they possess. What they do almost constitutes legal thievery. Btw, what's wrong with Lake Monticello? If it's the build quality, at least you're getting what you pay for, unlike Glenmore.
