On the market for just 20 days, this house on Evergreen Avenue sold for $50,000 above asking price and more than $59,000 above assessment. The agent, who received eight offers within the first 12 hours of the listing, had a full inspection report and a contractor's bid available for prospective purchasers, but she attributes the competitive bidding situation to location in a popular downtown neighborhood.Samantha Masone

That's a lot of money for 2 bedrooms and 1200 square feet of finished living space.
But, if the market is recovering this well, I have a much nicer house in a very good neighborhood that I need to get listed soon!
