Twobears Burgos is the fountain expert with Charlottesville Parks & Rec, and he's performing maintenance on the Central Place fountain on the Downtown Mall to keep it from getting clogged up. Turns out there's a hidden room below the Mall with the equipment to keep things bubbling above.

Looks like some real toe stumpers in our $17 million bricks. That particular section is sitting 3/4" lower than the other bricks. Very easy for the elderly and drunk homeless to trip on.
