According to the listing agent, a targeted marketing campaign combined with a price reduction (spurred by an assessment drop) helped move the property before it was reintroduced to the open market. Battle was Virginia's 56th governor, not its fifth.
I'm still looking for the sale that indicates that our City Manager has finally moved to the city he runs. Maybe he needs another non-performance bonus?
