A tree half trimmed

John Stoudt and Rick Dilelio (on ladder) had until Friday evening, November 23, to finish decorating the downtown Christmas tree before its scheduled Grand Illumination at 6pm. Photographed around 1:30pm November 21. According to the City spokesperson, the tree is a gift of Wayne and Josephine Clark of Rock Creek Road.
