Re-introduced at the same asking price of $349,000 this spring, the house spent a mere six days on the market, garnered multiple bids and traded for full price. Listing agent Lindsay Milby of Loring Woodriff Real Estate Associates attributes the strong sale to the fantastic location, the lack of city inventory and the recovering real estate market.
