This 7,100+ sq. ft. home in Earlysville spent more than a year on the market and was represented by two different real estate firms before it went under contract. Listing agent Rives Bailey attributes the lengthy marketing period to a combination of factors: the need for the price to come in line with the market (the home was originally listed at $1,000,000), the challenges associated with selling properties in that particular price range, and the unique character of the home itself, which ultimately traded for $786,000.
