9am County turnout at two percent

This was the 9am scene at Hollymead Elementary, where an official reported just 60 folks had voted by 9am. Overall, in Albemarle County, the 9am turnout for the Democratic gubernatorial primary was 1,407 voters–- approximately 2% of the registered voter.  Next measure at 1pm.
