Bad news for Good News

Albemarle Sheriff Chip Harding is making a plea for Good News Jail and Prison Ministry, which hasn't come close to raising its $67K budget that pays for a chaplain and Bibles, and may have to end its faith-based services at the Charlottesville Albemarle Regional Jail.
