Is Cantor the new Newt?

In an extensive profile in their Saturday edition, the New York Times called Congressman Eric Cantor (R-Henrico) "the new voice" for the Republican Party in the same way that former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich was in the early '90s when the GOP won majorities in the House and Senate. Cantor represents Virginia's seventh congressional district, which includes Madison, Louisa, and Orange Counties.

Thought Cantor didn't like bail-outs -- unless it's a bank associated with his wife

Cantor's number one goal is to faciliate a deep economic depression in the US. Somehow he views this as personally career enhancing at the expense of all Americans.
