Kaine urged to pardon 'Norfolk 4'

A group of 30 ex-FBI agents, after reviewing the files of the four sailors convicted–- after false confessions, critics say–- of a 1997 rape and murder, the subject of an April cover story in the Hook, has urged governor Tim Kaine to pardon the men, the Washington Post reports.
