Screen legend Jane Fonda appears in Charlottesville Thursday in the role of proud mom to see son Troy Garity star in Lake City at Culbreth Theatre. In the background, left, is Chuck Marshall, Albemarle cop by day, security to the stars during the film fest. Marshall received accolades from festival head Richard Herskowitz before the screening, but missed them because he was too busy protecting.

It brought tears to my eyes when i read the story. I have nothing to say but thank you guys for giving enormous love and caring for this little kid. God Bless..

Thank you for the thoughtful and accurate account

I can see why Kim wouldn't want to take her husband's last name of Bugg.

Thank you for giving great life for this child. Great lesson for all of us. God Bless you!

Ethiopians are very beloved people. It is only the material position of the people which put this Nation into adverse situation. The new parentes of Birhanu are beloved people. For making the life of Birhanu easy, you should be admired and thankful. I hope when he grows he will see the bright side of his life though your sacrifice with love. Thank you again for being an example to otheres to be like two of you, Kim and Dustin.
