Spacek joins Film Fest line-up

Cismont resident/Academy Award-winning actress Sissy Spacek will be on hand to kick off the 21st Virginia Film Festival October 30 with the screening of her new film, Lake City. She'll join producers/UVA alums Mark Johnson and Weiman Seid, Jane Fonda offspring Troy Garity (pictured with Spacek), and co-directors Perry Moore (another UVA alum) and Hunter Hill. Another local in the film– Dave Matthews– so far has not signed up to join his co-stars at at Culbreth Theatre.
