QUESTION OF THE WEEK- Has Charlottesville jumped the shark?

Louis Nelson:
Definitely not. I think the great threat is rising real estate costs and the associated high-end clientele that's now making its presence known that may, in time, undermine the vitality of the town-gown relationship that has characterized Charlottesville in rich and wonderful ways.

Ellen Taylor:
No. It has not jumped the shark, and it's still one of the best places on the East Coast. You should be happy to be here.

Erik "Anomaly" Willis:
This little small town has turned into a little Richmond. It was a beautiful, humble town, but it's getting infiltrated because it's such a sweet spot. What really ruined it is topping those 'Best' lists.
