• The last name of a protagonist in last week's installment of The Tough Customer column was incorrect. Her name is Judy Adams.

• The last name of the chef in the September 6 "Kitchen Confidential" feature contained a mysteriously incorrect capital letter. His name is Thomas Leroy. Also, he urges use of salt and pepper, not salt and paper.
