As a Beta and former resident of this fine home, it's a sad thing indeed that it cannot somehow be preserved. I would suggest the Jefferson Scholars might warm us to their 'tear down' proposal if they'd publish fully their artist's rendition of what they plan to build. I think this home and the mind of Eugene Bradbury set a high standard.
