MY RIDE- Elisa DeLeon: 2006 Honda Pilot

Elisa DeLeon raves about her Honda Pilot, and her kids, Rebecca and Emilio, love it too. While the children praise the comfortable seats, mom especially loves the Pilot's space. 

"There are three rows of seats, so when we have visitors, we can have extra space," she says. Not only is there room for additional humans, but there's also still plenty of storage for "the kids' stuff and strollers."

What makes the SUV even more kid-friendly is the DVD player– whine-stopping entertainment on long trips. And another appealing aspect: "It gets good mileage," DeLeon says, "although I'd prefer a hybrid." Even with such attractive features, something else convinced DeLeon to buy the Honda. "We got a great deal," she says with a smile.
