QUESTION OF THE WEEK- What's a fair punishment in the Balfour case?

Eduardo Telles: "I personally think that she should take responsibility for it and that she shouldn't be acquitted. She should be punished, because it's neglect. Maybe jail, but justice should say what she should do. Maybe social work and a fine, something related to a punishment that would respond to neglect."

Molly O'Brien: "Well, legally, you have to go through the legal system, but emotionally, her life is ruined, and I would think that's plenty."

Lindsey Gerner: "Maybe parenting classes. I don't know how someone could leave their kid in their car accidentally."
