• In last week's Art feature ["Smoke and mirrors: Banta and Tarbell shift shapes"] artist Leslie Banta's name was misspelled in the headline.

•The April 17 cover story "Smoldering truth: Ashley Mauter's fight and a shocking fact about smoke detectors" incorrectly stated that Mauter dropped out of high school. She is a high school graduate who is now taking college courses.
