• In our July 31 cover story "Seven wonders: Charlottesville athletes go from Rt. 29 to the 29th Olympiad," we mistook a picture of the women's eight rowing team from Great Britain for a picture of the American team. Here's a picture of Team USA, including Charlottesville's own Lindsay Shoop, third from the front in the red cap.

• In the Annual Manual published August 7, Clear Channel Communications was listed as the owner of six local radio stations. In fact, Monticello Media has owned WHTE-FM, WWTJ-FM, WZGN-FM, WKAV-AM, WCHV-AM, and WVAX-AM since October.
