QUESTION OF THE WEEK- Should the Staunton porn shop have been prosecuted?

Hunter Chorey: "I think not. Although personally I don't dig those sorts of things, it was a porn shop; it's what they do. They're taking the law and pressing kind of hard– maybe for political reasons."

Tyler Hartley: "For legal consenting adults, I feel like you have your rights over 18. I thought that was always the rule, that people over the age of 18 can choose whether to expose themselves to creepy pornography."

Emily Kaufman: "If they had a license, I think it's okay. As long as they're not selling egregious pornography, something that's hurtful to society, I'm not against the sale of pornography."
