LETTER- 1967 murder: when we all lost our innocence

I was 11 years old when this crime was committed, when Staunton lost its innocence.

Through all these years I thought of these murders– even in the last month I had mentioned it.

I am glad the family has closure. But for the person arrested, that is not for me to say.

I have never met any of the families of the victims, but I just wanted them to know that I, as well as others, never forgot about their loved ones.
