CORRECTION- Daschle's taxes

In the April 16 cover story "Torpedoed: Pork politics and the undoing of an Obama nominee," the Hook misstated how much money former senator and Health and Human Services nominee Tom Daschle discovered he had omitted on his taxes. In fact, $140,000 was the amount of taxes he owed, not the amount of income he had omitted on his returns.
