Beth Kariel: "I like the idea of a nice hotel, personally, but I think the owners need to work it out between each other. It shouldn't just be sitting there."


   

Steve Wilson: "Destroy it. If nothing's going to be done with it, why not tear it down?"


   

Wayne Jackson: "I think it ought to be a hotel. If they've come this far, why not finish it?"
