Last week's On the Block, "Bluebird Hill: Scottsville horse farm ready for business," understated the 102-acre horse farm's assessment by nearly half. It is assessed at $1,349,600 (with a value under land use taxation of $813,100). And to clarify: the 25,000 square foot barn described as "unfinished" is in fact finished in high style– for horses.

CLARIFICATION

• The "One Time" storyteller in our September 17 and October 5 issues, Mike Fermahin, doesn't actually work at Sarisand Tile, as our stories might have suggested, but he's done some contracting for the company.
