Paxton Marshall:"I think he's a good man. He's brought a lot of visibility to UVA. He seems to be a very nice guy. I think he projects a professional image insofar as being objective and not excessively partisan in his discussions of the political scene."

Brenna Lynch:"I'm pretty impartial to Larry Sabato. I haven't had any interactions with him."

Chris Blank:"I think he's a little overrated. A lot of friends who've taken his classes say he's a little bit pompous at times because there are a lot more people in the politics department who need to get more credit for their work. Obviously, he's very knowledgeable about his subject, but he definitely needs a reality check."
