CLARIFICATIONS- DSL possible, furniture extra

Two items in last week's "On the Block" column merit clarification. For one, while the furniture may convey with the sale, an additional charge may be levied. Also, while the house does not currently have broadband Internet service, the owner contends that such service is available in that locale.
