Last week's 4Better or Worse should have said that volunteer firefighter Robert Wayne Wyant has already been charged with second-degree murder.

Chef Rachael Ray's name is misspelled in the cover story, "A Capital Offense."

And Carol Block, wife of last week's HotSeat, Gene Block, has kept her California medical technology license current since 1978, not her driver's license.
