B.P. blew up the oil rig and they're blocking the Taiwanese ship that can scoop up 500,000 barrels of oil a day and other ships so that the crisis is as bad as possible so they can push the carbon tax through and shut down American competition. They're also spraying sand and bleach on it to make it look nice!
