People are reporting that power is out on parts of the UVA Grounds, as Dominion Virginia Power reports a 242-customer outage in that area, and quirky UVA radio station WTJU is apparently without power in the middle of its annual rock marathon. Charlottesville Fire Chief Charles Werner has contacted media to let them know that he's expecting repeated gusts over 40miles per hour on Saturday, February 19, with some gusts topping 60mph.

"Many downed trees and large limbs are possible," says Werner in an email, "and even the areas that aren't under the watch for the worst of it will be seeing very gusty winds."
