Taxpayers deserve better Biscuit

Thank you for the excellent article [January 6 cover story: "Bad men? New numbers show spiraling cost of Biscuit Run"]

This quality of investigative journalism greatly improves our community and, hopefully, will encourage putting an end to allowing these deals to be created in secret. It's rare to see such a complex issue requiring this amount of research to be illustrated in a thorough, unbiased manner.
