Mountaintop Hands-on Activity Center at Monticello

Monticello gives kids more ways to learn about Mr. Jefferson and his life in the big house on the little mountain. Now through September 5 (excluding July 4), children can write with a quill pen, play 18th-century games, and piece together a parquet floor at Mountaintop Hands-on Activity Center. This family oriented workshop is located beneath the North Terrace of Monticello. Open 10am-6pm daily. 931 Thomas Jefferson Parkway (Rt. 53). 984-9822.
