The Hook celebrated the holidays in a big way this past Wednesday, December 11, at the UVA Art Museum, the place everyone still calls "the Bayly."
With such swell digs, partygoers festively attired got to hob-nob with fellow staff, freelancers, advertisers, and other Charlottesvillians "in the know" and affiliated with the Hook.
Dining on sushi, smoked salmon, and other gustatorial delights, invitees were treated to Art Wheeler's piano tinkling amid the Bayly's impressive art collection. Catering staff appropriately dressed whisked away unsightly "used plates" and discreetly refilled platters of holiday delights.
Hope I get invited to this party next year, too! Even if they don't serve spam.
