Contrary to an assertion in our story about the Virginia Rugby Football Club, [Facetime, May 1, 2003: "On the ball: Revived rugby club lures 'old boys'"] Scott Stadium has always had tens of thousands of seats. The original 1931 capacity was "nearly 22,000" according to UVA's sports information office.
