Dear Sports Fans,

The Hook has decided to try its hand at that time-honored American pastime, Monday morning quarterbacking. In this case, however, due to our publication date, it's Thursday morning quarterbacking.

Leading our squad is Kelly Watt, a rising senior and sports star (cross-country) in his own right at Albemarle High School. Check out his work this week on page 13.–editor
