TATOO CONVENTION: "It's going to be a crazy time," promises Ben Miller, tattoo artist at Capital Tattoo, cosponsor of the 13th annual Richmond Tattoo Arts Festival happening November 18-20 at the Holiday Inn Select Koger Center on Midlothian Turnpike. In addition to food and music, more than 50 tattoo artists from around the world will descend on Richmond to show their stuff to what Miller predicts will be thousands of tattoo aficionados.
