James Mosher moves a Hook newsbox Monday, February 27, a day when every single newspaper box– well over 100 of the colorful devices– left the Downtown Mall. Faced with a threatened City ordinance to regulate newsboxes, publishers got together and agreed to voluntarily move the boxes to side streets. "It does look better," says Mosher.
