In 2006, Alex Toomy paid Thomas Sullivan $3.5 million for 5932 Blenheim Road. There he built the priciest local spec house (listed at $7.25 million) but lost it to his lender. Now the place is Sullivan's again. Reclaiming the 297-acre property-- now sporting a nearly 5,000-square-foot house-- for just $2.3 million, didn't Sullivan get a good deal? Alex Toomy did not own that property. The LLC that owned that property that Alex Toomy was a member of bought Alex Toomys interest in 2008. Please get your facts straight before you publish your newspaper! Thank You.
