    The Doc says: “Results converge on a conclusion that some aspects of age-related cognitive decline begin in healthy, educated adults when they are in their 20s and 30s. There is some good news, though. The report states that abilities based on accumulated knowledge, such as performance on tests of vocabulary or general information, increase until at least the age of 60.” So accumulate knowledge! Don’t waste your life trying to seem youthful. Enjoy the aging process or live a lie…

    I am soooo sick of old people tryin to tell us what too do! now it is official Do Not Trust ANYONE over 26! (word to your Mama)
