Fire-roasted gourmet pizza place in a historic service station that went by the same name. Also salads, pannini, pasta, and an extensive Italian wine list.
January 2010: Fry's Spring Service Station to get tasty tune-up
From its 70-year run as a local service station to a restaurant that now houses a brick oven capable of cooking 22 pizzas at once, Fry's Spring Station's history is now as storied as it is succulent. From fire roasted pizzas, to crisp and crunchy salads, pastas, and Paninis on Foccacia bread, Fry's serves up craveable entrees, sides and appetizers designed to share.
Our outdoor seating beckons guests on warm and cool evenings, thanks to year-round heat lamps, while our 100-person indoor seating nestles visitors against the warmth and style of exposed brick and reclaimed heartwood pine floors.
Complemented by a unique blend of Spanish, Jeffersonian and Art Deco architecture, Fry's Spring Station offers a sophisticated, one-of-a-kind dining experience in the heart of Charlottesville.
