Semolina Gourmet Pizza Bakers is the newest addition to the UVA campus area. The word "Gourmet" means higher quality or unique and our pizza lives up to that name. Absolutely everything is made from scratch. Each pizza begins with our fresh dough that is made daily and we add only the highest quality ingredients: including our homemade pizza sauce, quality cheeses, lean meats and fresh vegetables.
