Extensive wine list, with a wide range of choices at the lower end. Great place for smaller appetites, with appetizers, plus an additional list of dishes available in appetizer or entree portions.

I just went the The Local for the first time, and honestly had to wonder what took me so long. The food was excellent. The service was fantastic. The portions sizes were perfect. And the cost of the meal was delightful! It is definitely my new favorite place to eat in Charlottesville.
