I have no idea why they say "difficult valuation". The truth is that the market price is probably accurate. Why a nice, but very modest, home like this was ever valued so highly...is nuts.
The bubble is over folks.
Just received my assessment and it was reduced 20% from last year. We are still in housing deflation. But a Realtor will tell you its a great time to buy!
I love it. Real Estate people will sell you a bridge all day long. Its quite understandable though, its to their own best interest to paint a rosie picture where non exists. I call it urinating on my shoes and telling me its raining out.
