In the November 25th issue, Vijith Assar wrote a very fine article, "Trash plan: dumpsters due Downtown?"
I took some photographs of the trash that had collected everywhere downtown from Friday, January 1st until Monday, January 3rd. This uncollected garbage and trash reeked! As a registered nurse, I can say it is a health hazard.
