QUESTION OF THE WEEK- How should the person who threw the boxer off a bridge be punished?

Mac Schrader: "They should serve supervised community service at the SPCA. Once their identity is known they will get punishment from their peers."
Janet Sweet: "Definitely jail time. A life sentence. I wouldn't let them out because if they would do that to a dog, they would do that to a person."
Kate Lynn Schirmer: "They should have to go to a solitary hut in the ground for five days."
