Albemarle County has dropped charges against Arby's owner Tom Slonaker for illegally flying an Arby's flag in front of his Forest Lakes store for now. Claiming a First Amendment victory, the Rutherford Institute will work with the county to review the existing ordinance. Slonaker vows to continue working with business owners who believe the county is "anti-business," and area Libertarians are holding a rally February 22 at his store in support of property rights.
