The Hook's Culture section welcomes Robert Armengol as the new Performance editor. He comes to us today with a wry report on Ulysses (see page 37)-- and an excellent resume. He's a veteran of two dailies, a semi-weekly, as well as the news service founded by New York's mayor. He's a native speaker of Spanish and Portugese, and he's earning his anthropology Ph.D at UVA.
