Published July 1, 2004 in issue 0326 of the Hook

In your issue of June 24, at the top of the page entitled "Laugh," you publish a piece of garbage entitled "The City."

This piece of trash seeks to vilify and denigrate the late President Reagan who is in his grave scarcely two weeks.

It appears that there are no longer any standards of decency in this country. It's too bad that Al Qaeda doesn't send their people here to cut off the heads of people like those who create and publish trash under the guise of freedom of speech. It's more like freedom to vilify.
