So it's scary enough living in Virginia with all it's laws passed against it's citizens; now reading this article it's making living in the US a scary thing. How did this happen? Where's the media when you need them? Thanks for printing this info "The Hook". I knew there was a reason I read this paper.

As you might be aware any bill signed into law by the President is first agreed to by both the Senate and House of Representatives. Clearly both the legislative and executive branches of our government are in agreement that this change is needed. Further, since the judicial branch has not struck down (or considered striking down) the new law as violative of the Constitution the third branch of our government is not offended by the change.
We live in a democracy. If you don't like what your legislators are voting for then vote them out of office.
